Rad ACTs projektnog tima usmjeren je ka smanjenju nerazumijevanja i nepravilnoj primjeni Pravila o izbjegavanju sudara na moru od strane pomoraca.

Svi članovi projektnog tima posjeduju stručna znanja iz određenog područja te su tijekom razvoja odgovorni za svoje područje.
